“Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war” (Rev. 19:11).
“Then Hezekiah commanded them to offer the burnt offering on the altar. And when the burnt offering began, the song of the Lord also began, with the trumpets and with the instruments of David king of Israel” (2 Chron. 29:27).
Testimonies from an Open Heaven
I have come to see that one of the purposes of an Apostolic Center is to win an open heaven for a region. This is pictured in Revelation 19:11, where in response to praise and the prophetic the heavens open and Jesus leads the armies (earthly and angelic) to war. Demons and darkness are pushed back. The works of God—such as miracles, healings, and salvations—increase. The “open heaven” is not just limited to a meeting time or place, but also extends to everyone who is aligned.
Thus last week I began asking people for testimonies, because the “open heaven” won by our online Apostolic Center-MPP should have been making positive impact for them. A few testimonies follow:
1. Deliverance from demons—A young European living in Tokyo shared how she is a new Christian, but has had a long struggle with demonic bondage. She watched the webcast on deliverance from demons, and said, “I wanted to share that in your video you said exactly the words that I needed for my own prayer in order to finally cast the demon out of my body and free my soul from it.” Isn’t that amazing?
2. It will now be easy for us to do what was once difficult, and our works will bear fruit—A believer in Russia quoted a prophecy from our February 25 webcast and shared, “That is exactly what happened.” She found she was easily able to prepare a necessary teaching—that the cross of Jesus is the one place where a person’s needs, whatever they may be, can be received. While listening to this, another sister who lived in torment of fear of punishment, got direct revelation that Jesus not only forgives our sins, but that He also took all the punishment. Great fruitfulness!
3. Effectiveness of the prophetic song of the Lord—Minako, in Okinawa, Japan, wrote how she had started a weekly meeting with a keyboard player, and they were led to simply sing the song of the Lord. They got such breakthrough. Another assignment from the Lord was to simply teach the scriptures. Because of the breakthrough of the song of the Lord, the teaching was so easy and effective, as was the monthly first fruits celebration. She wrote, “I believe this is opening heaven in our region.”
4. Peace and healing in a spousal misunderstanding. This is one of my favorites. Another woman in Japan shared how a miscommunication ended with a package being sent to an unintended person. Her husband became so angry on hearing of this mistake. His anger grew until she was led to say, “I guess the package went to that person because that’s what the Lord wanted.” Her husband was profoundly affected by that word. He was silenced, and deeply moved. Great peace came into the situation (and healing to the relationship). God’s purposes always are to reach into—and help us in—our daily lives.

Prayer Corner-Things for all of us to pray for
Try daily to spend a few minutes singing the prophetic song of the Lord. This is what the Lord told us to do, so let’s do it. As Minako shared, you will see heaven opening in your region.
Keep praying and believing for each to understand the truth about being part of this APC, and thus there is an open heaven over them (even though this connection/covenant is informal). The more we understand and walk in this, the more the connections and open doors will come.
My shoulder surgery (on February 27) went great in a revisit to the place where I encountered the ruling spirit over the area. This time there was such deep, deep peace, as well as light and joy. Pray for the next steps for Shiogama.

Speaking Truth in Your Heart
This month is about celebrating the goodness of God. It is also about speaking, thinking, and meditating on His truth instead of being ruled by fear and worry. The highlight of this month is the feast of Purim on Adar 14 (evening of March 13–evening of March 14, 2025). The order had been given for the Jewish people to be destroyed all through the Persian empire. There seemed to be no hope, but God had a plan and executed it at exactly the right time through Queen Esther and her older cousin Mordecai. The result was overwhelming victory and great increase and prosperity for the Jewish people. From then on, joyful celebration of Purim was a must.
This is an important lesson for us. It can be so easy to worry because of seemingly increasing problems in the world. For example, we see the rise of “wokeism,” that in some ways sounds so good, but with a little digging one can see the spirit behind it is a way of thinking that seems to hate the things God loves and love the things He hates. But we are not to worry. We are to keep our eyes on Him.
One great help will be to develop the habit of daily singing prophetically to the Lord. As we worship Him this way, “in spirit and in truth” (John 4:24), we will find ourselves strengthened in spirit, as well as being drawn ever closer to Him and His truth. It’s His truth that will continually keep setting us free.
