2025/2/26 Thank You for Coming with Me - Pakistan Ministry Report

Ron Sawka Ministries

February 26, 2025; Shevat 28, 5785

“Pursue love, and desire spiritual gifts, but especially that you may prophesy” (1 Cor. 14:1).

“Then Hezekiah commanded them to offer the burnt offering on the altar. And when the burnt offering began, the song of the Lord also began, with the trumpets and with the instruments of David king of Israel” (2 Chron 29:27).

“So the number of them, with their brethren who were instructed in the songs of the Lord, all who were skillful, was two hundred and eighty-eight” (1 Chron 25:7).

“For the Father is seeking such to worship Him. God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth” (John 4:23–24).

Thank You for Coming with Me

Pakistan Ministry Report

The Lord gave us a wonderful time on our apostolic journey to Pakistan (February 18–24). This was the first ministry trip where I went with the full understanding of having the backing of the Online APC-MPP behind me. Because of it, the results were amazing. There were miracles, unexpected revelation, and great ease of ministry. I easily doubled the amount of teaching/activation that I expected to get through. The prophetic was established, and foundations for the apostolic were laid.

Why was this so? Because the “open heaven” of APC-MPP (including your faith and prayers) extended with me all the way to what we were doing in Pakistan. Everything felt so effective and easy, which is in accordance with multiple prophecies I have received that from now there would be ease in ministry like never before. Thank you, Lord, for this understanding of “Open Heavens Extended.” But not only was I powerfully helped by the extended open heaven, but I really do believe that breakthrough and advance in Pakistan (because of the APC) likewise extends back to you at home. I look forward to testimonies from you. I am pretty sure lots of good things were happening to and for you all.

Here are some highlights of the ministry trip:

1. Warfare praise/kidnapped man set free—On the second morning, I knew I should teach about prophetic warfare praise. It’s God’s weapon through which we can rule over the demonic and its plans. In Genesis 49:8–10, we read, “Judah … Your hand shall be on the neck of your enemies … The scepter shall not depart from Judah.” However just before the session started, I was informed that a friend of the people in this group had been kidnapped for ransom. I felt this was an opportunity from the Lord to show how powerful this weapon of praise was. We were led to shout (see Psalm 47:1), and did a prophetic act of trampling the enemy under our feet. As we march, the angelic army marches with us. In 2 Kings 7:3–8, we see the Syrian army fled when they heard the sound of the angelic army marching along with the four lepers. Elisha had prophesied that by this time tomorrow, the siege would be broken and food supplies restored (see 7:1). I was a bit nervous, but knew I had to—and did—prophesy that “by this time tomorrow the situation will be resolved/back to normal.” Sure enough, the man was released and all was “normal” by the next day.

2. Why is prophecy the most important of all the gifts? You may wish to dispute that it is, but scripture is clear: “Pursue love, and desire spiritual gifts, but especially that you may prophesy” (1 Cor. 14:1, emphasis added). Paul emphasizes this three times (see also 14:5, 39). Why the emphasis? Why is prophesying emphasized even more than tongues? Because when you are activated to prophesy (and it should be just as easy as praying in tongues), you can then easily be activated to move in any of the other gifts such as faith, miracles, and healings. God wants to use all the gifts through us. All of them can be activated by faith, but it starts with prophesying. Once you can do that, the others are easy.

I think activation is the single most important thing a leader can and should do for the people. Thus, I ask you to pray and ask for how we can increase availability of prophetic activation.

3. Singing to the Lord increases our faith—Every meeting was incredible, and the bond that grew between all of us was tremendous. At the end, the Lord kept reminding me personally of Luke 17:5–10, which describes the disciples asking how to increase their faith. Jesus then spoke the parable of servants working in the field. After finishing their work there, the servants came in and first had to serve (minister to) their master. Verses 8–9 state, “But will he not rather say to him, ‘Prepare something for my supper, and gird yourself and serve me till I have eaten and drunk, and afterward you will eat and drink’?” One of the ways of ministering to the Lord after ministry to people is to sing to Him. I want to encourage each if us to do this. Just take a few minutes and sing to Him, especially after successful ministry time. This keeps our eyes, our thoughts, and our hearts focused on Him. I am excited that we will all soon be advancing with faith as a mustard seed to command the miracles God wants.

My book, Judah Goes First, is about prophetic praise, including warfare prophetic praise. It’s available online in English. Hard copies are also available in Chinese, Korean, Russian, and English.

Prayer Corner-Things for all of us to pray for

  1. Keep praying and believing for each to understand the truth about being part of this APC, and thus there is an open heaven over them (even though this connection/covenant is informal). The more we understand and walk in this, the more the connections and open doors will come.

  2. Let’s be sure to thank the Lord for the amazing time with CTF Pakistan, February 18–24. But now also please pray covering prayer because the enemy always likes to try to retaliate afterwards. Through prayer, we cancel all of the enemy’s plans.

  3. I am scheduled for surgery for my right shoulder on Thursday, February 27, at the same hospital I was in last year, during which I confronted the ruling demonic spirit of that city. Both Teddy and I feel there is unfinished business with that entity, and thus this surgery. There is more God wants to do. I cherish your prayers.

Thanks for your praying,

Ron and Teddy

Speaking Truth in Your Heart

Adar 5785—The Twelfth Hebrew Month

Speaking Truth in Your Heart

This month is about celebrating the goodness of God. It is also about speaking, thinking, and meditating on His truth instead of being ruled by fear and worry. The highlight of this month is the feast of Purim on Adar 14 (evening of March 13–evening of March 14, 2025). The order had been given for the Jewish people to be destroyed all through the Persian empire. There seemed to be no hope, but God had a plan and executed it at exactly the right time through Queen Esther and her older cousin Mordecai. The result was overwhelming victory and great increase and prosperity for the Jewish people. From then on, joyful celebration of Purim was a must.

This is an important lesson for us. It can be so easy to worry because of seemingly increasing problems in the world. For example, we see the rise of “wokeism,” that in some ways sounds so good, but with a little digging one can see the spirit behind it is a way of thinking that seems to hate the things God loves and love the things He hates. But we are not to worry. We are to keep our eyes on Him.

One great help will be to develop the habit of daily singing prophetically to the Lord. As we worship Him this way, “in spirit and in truth” (John 4:24), we will find ourselves strengthened in spirit, as well as being drawn ever closer to Him and His truth. It’s His truth that will continually keep setting us free.
